Reitenour models for the 27th annual cara charities fashion show

INDIANAPOLIS, IN May 7, 2008 – Super Cup Stock Car/ARCA Lincoln Welder racecar driver, Megan Reitenour models for CARA Charities Fashion Show. The 27th annual CARA Charities Fashion Show and luncheon will held on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at the downtown Marriott Hotel in Indianapolis, IN. This event generally has 1,000+ in attendance and is one of the premier events that surrounds the Indianapolis 500 and the 500/Festival.

Reitenour was invited by Lyn St. James to appear as one of the Women in the Winner's Circle representative drivers and will be featured in the show. Other special honorees will include Helio Castroneves, Janet Guthrie, Lyn St. James, and Cody Unser. This year's show will also partner with Riley Hospital for Children by supporting the Riley mission of improving the health and well-being of children. CARA focuses on helping children, hospitals, scholarship funds and ministries as well as charitable foundations assisting children.

The spectacular show will start with a social hour, followed by a luncheon, and concluding with a fashion show. Past events have raised more the $70,000 for local and national charities. This assistance provided by the support of sponsors, teams, drivers, members and race fans, CARA has donated more than $4 million dollars since their founding more than a quarter of a century ago.

Reitenour said, "It will be a pleasure to get to participate in the CARA Charities event. I've worked with the Cincy Cured Foundation, a foundation that helps raise funding for children suffering with eosinophilic disease for the last three years. I 'm thrilled to get the opportunity to be involved with another great charity that helps raise funding for children who really need it."
